It was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our ski holiday. The location was perfect, with easy access to the gondola lift. The kitchen was especially impressive, making meal preparation convenient. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their ski trip.

Nice apartment
The apartment was very nice and clean and close to the gondola station (~10 min by foot) The beds were comfortable and there was a top available for the extendable sofa in the living room. The key collection was very easy and the host provided all the details in advance.
The heating was weird. There was radiators mounted on the wall in each room but they remained cold. Instead the heating was done with a mobile radiator in the bedroom and with the air conditioning in the living room. This was not ideal, especially if you don't like air conditioning. It would have been best that the mounted radiators worked.

Perfect location near the slopes!!!
Lovely location and set up, we felt like home staying here, we even got some complimentary chocolate, ginger bread and sparkling wine for New Year’s Eve. Victoria was such a welcoming host, she arranged for us early check-in and late check-out and everything was nice. I definitely recommend it if you go to Bansko for your ski trip

Great location, facilities and host
The location was perfect, the apartment had everything one needs for their stay, the host responded to my questions immediately with all the information I was looking for, in the hotel part there is a SPA center with pool, saunas, massages, which was really good (not included in the price, you pay additionally if you want to use them). Location was also perfect - quiet, but close to the areas with restaurants, bars and also easy to go to hike in the mountains. Recommended!
