the location is really good. the host is really helpful and answers every question or need. the apartment is well equipped with the necessary stuff. nice shower and comfortable bed.

there are quite missing in the small details. for example, a small towel bathroom was missing, better curtain for darkness is needed.

Lovely stay in probably the best tourist zone of Bansko, would recommend even for longer stays!

Bansko Towers is possibly in the best location for tourists visiting Bansko. It is close to the gondola and has great views either to Pirin or Rila mountains. The room was very clean and well equipped. Loved how airy the space is, the big windows, the sofa and the balcony. Communication with the owner was flawless.

The mattress might be considered a bit soft for some, and I think the fridge was turned off before arrival, as it was cold when we packed in and became room temperature after. Unfortunately, I did not notice this, but could have prevented it if I did, so look out for that.

Perfect place

Excellent location by the ski lift and supermarket, perfectly clean,spacious and furnished to a high standard,nice touch with the tea ,coffee and sugar upon arrival.

The only thing which could improve the stay would be a hairdryer and iron.

Great one week leisure/ work stay

The studio was spacious and very clean, the pictures are quite accurate. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay - kitchen, wifi, comfortable bed, small balcony with a mountain view. Suitable for one or two people. Location is close to the lift and hiking trails, tennis courts and rental shops , small supermarket and restaurants and 10-15 min walking distance from the Old Town. I'd definitely rent it again if available when I visit Bansko, was very happy with my stay there and it met all my needs.

The apartment is clean and confortable and the location of the hotel is amazing. It takes only 2-3 minutes to go to ski zone in Bansko. I recommend it to everyone.

Very unhelpful and impolite reception

Nice appartment, enough space, small kitchen with the necessary utensils to cook. Very close to the ski lift. Parking right outside of the room.

Very bad experience in total. My prepaid reservation was missed due to some miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. When I arrived I had to talk to the phone more than an hour in total trying to clarify the situation between the "Owners" of the appartment and the "Reception". The "Owners" where polite and tried to help the "Reception" very unhelpful, using arguments like "We do not get the money, but the owners do, so we cannot help you". After more than an hour, there were convinced to give me the room, which turned out to be uncleaned from the previous guest. Old sheets, carbage in the room, unflushed toitet. After further complains from my side a very rude lady from the reception came just to change the sheets. When I asked her to remove the carbage she got angry and took only half of them out. I had to clean the room on my own in the end. I can understand that mistakes and miscommunciation can happen some times, but the behavior of the reception and the lady was really unacceptable.
