Victoria was very helpful with the mishap we experienced after we checked in and remedied it quickly. We appreciated that. The apartment was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. There are 2 heating systems - radiators and split duct wall units, so we were always comfortable with the temperature. Check in process is easy with lockbox. WiFi is fast. SmartTV in the bedroom (not in the living area). Elevator to the 5th floor was great.

The walls and ceilings are thin so it was difficult to sleep some nights, as we could hear the neighbors above us staying up late and partying some nights (obviously no fault to the owner). If you are a light sleeper, this could be a difficult place for you. The shower is pretty small and was difficult for me to shower in (I’m 6’2” / 189cm). The Belvedere property (not the apartment itself) is not kept up very well, with some of the slate steps completely missing or loose (I tripped several times). I found the price to be a bit high for Bulgaria but I guess Bansko is a tourist trap and this is the going rate (and to be fair, Victoria has one of the cheaper options we found).

It was very easy to find the apartment. There is a paid parking, but you can also park for free next to the hotel.

Location very convenient for hiking and close to center. Big swimming pool and solarium not crowded. Nice terrace with great views to Pirin mountains and very sunny in the afternoon/evening.

Had everything we needed, lots of space. Clean tidy and comfy. Perfect for what we needed.
