The price of the apartment is reasonable. It is perfectly suitable for an overnight stay while passing through.
This is all really just part of the local Bulgarian atmosphere rather than actual flaws:
I was met in person upon check-in; I don't really see the need for introductions after all, circumstances vary.
There was no way to lock the bathroom door (apparently, having doors without locks is a tradition here). Even in nice apartments, you might find that the bathroom door doesn't lock.
The bedroom had blue-light bulbs. I suppose that was trendy back in the 90s :) . I really didn't get the point of it.
The Wi-Fi came from a nearby café. Naturally, the signal was very weak.
TV sets and television service in Bulgaria - no comment. I’m amazed that anyone still uses equipment like that.

Апартаментът е на много удобно място, в центъра на Сандански. Просторен, чист и с много удобни легла.
Собственичката е много отзивчива и любезна. Препоръчвам.
