It's ok

Mostly clean, the inside pool is nice, outside pool was a mess, cause dump people were reservating the sun loungers with towels (not even Germans). Breakfast was ok, but only Toast no other bread. The Host was really really friendly, answered in minutes and did everything to make our stay pleasant and relaxed!!! Bed was comfortable, enough pillows, air conditioning was working fine.

The area: in general beautiful, the mountains around, forests, landscape, but as often, if something is really nice, human beings destroy most of it ;) the appartement is placed in a area with many many other Hotels and appartements, so that the dream view is not really a dream view anymore. The appartement: clean, not modern, but with everything in it. TV didn't work, boiler for hot water in the bathroom didn't work for one day, kettle was not stopping to boil water (a bit dangerous). The balcony wasn't very charming. To little parking places, every evening it was like playing roulette, if you find a place to fit in, or not. The sauna was not working properly (typical bulgarian spa zone - not too clean, not properly working, not too many guests - so...ok), Fitness room comparable to the spa, not perfect but ok.

Overall, the property was fine, though with room for improvement

The flat is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked, the TV is a modern smart model with streaming apps, coffee is provided, and a complimentary bottle of wine on the kitchen table was a very nice touch. The owners responded promptly whenever we contacted them.

The property has two sofas in the sitting room, both of which can be used for sleeping, so even a family of five can be accommodated. However, they are not comfortable: the large sofa is extremely hard on one of the sides, while the second sofa is uneven. The mattress in the bedroom is also soft. The water heater is very small, so two adults will have difficulty taking showers consecutively without waiting for it to heat up again. If you arrive by car, parking inside the complex may be a challenge, as it is overcrowded with vehicles. We had to park outside across the road, so while free parking is available, it is most likely to be outside the complex.

Really really outstanding place! Every little detail is thought of, and I mean everything all the way down to baby diapers! The place is sparkling, it's spacious, and the owners are kind and helpful. Keep up the excellent job!

The facilities were great as the kids loved the swimming pool and from the reception you can walk down the road to the right where there is a football pitch for the kids. They have good internet and the AC keeps you warm and the electric heater is good. Nice views of the mountain.

Only rubbish thing which is our fault is it's not as busy as due to it being close to the end of the season for skiing etc.

Апартамента беше много добре,без забележки с изключение на малкия дебит на бойлера,но всичко друго беше на нужното ниво и добре оборудвано.

Не ни хареса това,че басейна и джакузито бяха студени и персонала долу (особено един господин с татуиран ръкав на ръката и прошарена брада) се отнасяха пренебрежително и гледаха доста надменно(визирам само отговарящите за басейна и спа центъра долу,останалите хора от рецепцията на хотела се държаха доста любезно) ,освен че басейна беше студен този господин с прошарената брада и татуировката нонстоп дебнеше и и обикаляше да намалява температурата на сауните.

Условията в апартамента надхвърлиха очакванията ни. Разполага с всички удобства, необходими за престоя. Чисто, уютно, красиво обзаведено, локацията на комплекса и на апартамента просто превъзходна. За желаещите на разположение и СПА зона за релакс и забавление. С голямо удоволствие бихме дошли отново!

Razmislite da li vredi... 🤔

-APARTMAN Apartman je lep, topao, cist i prostran. Kompletan sadrzaj kao u svom domu. -PARKING Za parking se na recepciji daje broj tablica i rampa automatski prepoznaje tablice i parking je bas ispred ulaza u apartman.. Sve je besplatno i odlicno.

-BAZEN Velika zamerka na bazen zbog kog smo se i odlucili na ovaj apartman i resili da platimo skoro duplo vise nego za slicne apartmane na boljoj lokaciji. Tacnije, voda u bazenu je solidne toplote ali kad se izadje iz bazena, temperatura vazduha je neizdrzivo hladna. Nemoguce je provesti ni minut na lezaljkama. Kako su nam rekli na recepciji, nije postojao nikakav kvar nego je to jednostavno tako. Tako da smo od 6 dana koliko smo bili koristili bazen samo 15 minuta, uzas. -INTERNET Sifra za internet nije nigde napisana nego kad dodjete u apartman trebate da molite vlasnika da vam da sifru. Odete u Lobi hotela i dopisujete se vlasnikom koji na prijavljenom broju nema ni Viber ni WhatsApp ni Telegram nego morate da se dopsujete preko booking-a na koji vlasnik ne odgovara po nekoliko sati i onda koristite roming i zovete ga telefonom pa kad se javi. Postoji dnevno ogranicenje protoka interneta, vlasnik kaze da je 100gb a ja tvrdim da je maksimun 1gb. 3 dana smo uz normalno koriscenje telefona ostali bez interneta. I onda cekas sledeci dan da odgovoris na poruku. -LOKACIJA U mestu u kom se nalazi hotel, apsolutno nema nista. Bukvalno nema nema gde ni da se proseta. Sve se nalazi u Banskom ili drugom delu Razloga, ovde nema nista osim apartmana. Tako da je obavezno da se svaki dan sedne u auto i odveze u neko od pomenutih mesta.

Всичко беше чудесно в апартмента, чисто, уютно, кухнята невероятно заредена с продукти и прибори, локацията беше прекрасна с невероятна гледка към Пирин, комплексът е удобен, спа-то влиза в цената, топло е и с всичко необходимо, има ресторант в хотела, който иска да хапне наблизо.. Хост-ът беше супер мил и направи всичко възможно да подсигури детска кошара, защото поради объркване не беше отбелязана предварително. Спалнята е удобна. За семейства с деца това е идеално място. За първи път в България срещам такова гостоприемство!

Само една единствена забележка имам относно бойлера-беше доста малък и водата свършваше по-бързо отколкото сме свикнали у дома и трябваше да се изчакваме, а понякога за детето не беше удобно.
