Great fun for the kids, wonderful place overall and very clean facilities.

Clean, quiet and great for families. Very close to the best cycling and hiking destinations around Razlog, Bansko and Dobrinishte.

We had only two coffee pods in one room and four in the other. I think the property owner can spare a couple more, considering we were three adults. The owner claims to own a bakery in the complex. I strongly advise that they include some breakfast.

Superb

The apartment was comfort and clean, it was perfect for our family of three. In the kitchen there were all amenities that we needed. A Nespresso coffee machine and tea on our disposal which was perfect.

The isolation of the property wasn't very good and since it was cold outside (winter time) we constantly had the feeling that the door of the balcony is open, although it wasn't - it was just feeling the wind, but the heating system was OK.

The info on the booking was not updated, the spa is 80bgn per day, not 45. The staff was extremely rude, the restaurant was very expensive (that's a fair point, but still). There are way better spa centers and hotels than this one for the same amount or less.

Very disappointing

The apartment is advertised as having two bedrooms - it does not. It has two beds - one single and one double. It is a studio room with a double bed and then a bed on a balcony in the same room. This is visible from the photos of the property, but not obvious from the written description. The apartment is nice, lovely views etc, but it was not fit for a winter break. When we arrived it was quite cold, but we switched the two small wall heaters in the living area and the one in the bathroom up to maximum and went out for dinner. The apartment was just as cold on our return. The apartment is part of the resort hotel, but in a 'wing' that appears to be completely unheated. As you leave the corridor which connects the actual hotel rooms with the privately-owned apartments, you can feel the temperature drop by about 15c. The door onto the balcony lets in cold air, cold air comes from under the floorboards and from under the entrance door. We had a terrible night's sleep as it was so cold, although we slept in hats and socks. The next morning it was not so bad as it was slightly warmer outside and the sun was heating up the apartment through the windows. However, although we had booked to stay for another three nights, we decided to leave as it was not worth becoming ill. We informed the owner of the flat and she offered to provide a blow heater. It was obvious that a simple blow heater would not solve the problem of an under(un)insulated apartment with no central heating and draughts through floors and windows, so we left. I am sure this apartment is a lovely place to stay during the summer months, but it is unfit for habitation when the mercury shows -10c on the street.
