THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! Not recommended!

Unfortunately, due to the comfort problems we had from the very beginning we have opened the door..........this vacation transformed into our worst nigthmare and the most expensive stay, per one night, that we have ever paid.

First of all, there is nothing to indicate you where to take the key from. We had to give few calls so we can understand where to go. After we finally took our key, we went to the apartment. When we opened the door......surprise, surprise. A strong smell of cigars came over. It was not only the smoke, it was like eating cigars. There is a feeling that I can't even describe. We went back to the Reception and the receptionist, very "kindly", told us that "mam, you took a private apartment, not the hotel room". Ok, if that can be ok, we called back the host. We explained the situation, the smell, one of the bathrooms etc. and he said he will send a friend because they were on vacation. In 5-10 min, indeed, his friend came. The friend was the exact same "kind" receptionist. He came, he approved it was smelling like a furnace, we showed him the problem with the bathroom, where we tried to take a shower and we almost had a swimming pool, the spider web, the dust on the furniture, the dirt on the carpet, the 2nd bathroom which was not properly cleaned . We received a message from the host saying "I apologize as it seems the former guests were smoking and I will do a report on them" and that was all but we didn't believe as you could feel that smell everywhere in your mouth, clothes, the sofa, even the plates. You simply couldn't touch anything. We have explained the host that we are with a 5 years old child and that it is impossible to stay there for 4 nights and do something in this respect. He simply dared to say this is a private apartment and negotiated with us to refund the money for one night out of 4 that we have paid in advance. We have insisted to find another accommodation , because we simply can't stay there. He promised the next day, after 2 p.m.

Apartament privat excelent, departe de agitația din Bansko.

Apartament generos că suprafața, dotări, amenajare. Proprietarul a fost prompt în a rezolva o problema apărută. Am apreciat în mod deosebit spațiul exterior (o terasa amenajata, excelentă ptr relaxare), SPA foarte in regulă, situat la o distanță mica de locație, în interiorul clădirii principale a hotelului (piscină mare, saune diverse, care nu a părut exagerat de aglomerat nici în vârf de ocupare

Nu este neapărat un minus, dar trebuie luată în calcul distanță față de Bansko și Gondolă (8km). Noi am preferat varianta aceasta, fiind departe de agitația stațiunii, lactația fiind într-o zonă pitorească și liniștită.
