The Old Cherry House

The stay at the property was overall very pleasant and met expectations in almost all key aspects. The space was clean, functional, and comfortable, with a good layout and enough room, which is particularly important for longer stays. The heating system worked flawlessly and contributed significantly to the overall comfort, especially during colder periods. Cleanliness was at a high level, and the apartment was adequately equipped for everyday needs. Many thanks to the hosts for their wonderful hospitality.

The only notable drawback was the internet connection. Due to issues with the provider, the connection was frequently interrupted, which can be a significant inconvenience, especially for guests who rely on a stable internet connection for work or communication. It is important to emphasize that the issue is not within the host’s responsibility, but it nevertheless affects the overall impression of the stay. Despite this, the overall impression is very positive, and I would recommend the property, with high praise for the hosts, who genuinely made every effort to resolve the issue.

The hosts were incredibly nice and hospitable. They picked me up from the central bus/train station in Razlog when I arrived from Sofia, and then drove me a bit out of the way to find the bus stop in Bansko to depart on a bus back to Sofia, and waited with me as the bus was late. The house is charming and perfect location, a few blocks walk to the central square where the Kukeri festivities were happening, and right next to this short trail leading upstairs to the "panoramic" view of all of Razlog. The house was very clean, well stocked with little things like espresso and cream, even olive oil for cooking if you need to, a small fridge, chocolate-- above and beyond; the views from the house were nice to and it was a very peaceful place to sleep and relax, easy to get to anything in Razlog from. I would absolutely stay here again, was a lovely place and nice hosts.
