The experience was disorganized, uncomfortable, and not at all worth what we paid. Not recommended.

There's about everything you need in the kitchen.

The property is managed by some company which relies on automated messaging and zero personal interaction with the customer. We arranged a late check-in and informed the host well in advance. The host confirmed that this would not be a problem because the property has self check-in. However, when we arrived, although we received the code, we never received the instructions for where the key locker was located. We called the emergency number multiple times, but nobody ever answered. As a result, we were left outside in the middle of the night with nowhere to go, despite having fully paid for the accommodation. They sent us the check-in instructions the next day only - the locker was hidden in a very specific, hard-to-find place at night, and without those instructions it was impossible to access the key. Upon arrival, the boiler wasn’t left on, so there was no hot water. Since the apartment is built like a cave, it's very cold - especially considering Bansko’s mountain temperatures. It takes a very long time to heat up with the AC Overall, the place is pretty banged up, there is mold in the rooms, there is a constant leakage on the bathroom floor. I was unable to get in touch with the "host", but I ended up connecting with a person, who initially presented themselves as the host, but then was completely oblivious about the issue. He then admitted that he is not the host. This behaviour is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. We requested a refund for the night we couldn’t use due to their lack of communication and assistance. Not only did the host initially offer a much lower refund than what would be fair, but they also refused even a short extension for a late check-out on our departure day, saying they needed to clean. Given the state of the apartment, it didn’t look like extensive cleaning was being done anyway. Overall, the experience was disorganized, uncomfortable, and not at all worth what we paid.

we enjoyed our stay despite the small room and cold.

clean apartment and well equipped. 5 minutes away of gondola, center etc. parking place in front of building.

the apartment is small and very cold. the floor was especially cold. the electric radiator was not enough and we used the air conditioner units. these made the air very dry.

The only thing I did not like were the pillows. They were too soft for me but that is a personal preference.

Апартаментът е оборудван с всичко необходимо, дори повече, помислено за всичко,има всички удобства. Намира се близо до центъра, в тиха уличка, има място за паркиране точно пред сградата. Разполага с две отделни спални и хол-кухня, което е чудесно за семейство с деца. Има прекрасна градина на гърба на комплекса. Беше чисто.

Тъй като апартаментът е на партер, а холът няма прозорци е малко тъмно, въпреки многото лампи. Би било добре да се сложат комарници на прозорците. Апартаментът има нужда да се реновира - нова боя навсякъде, диванът личи, че е бил любим на пушачи… Гардеробът с махнатата вратичка не решава проблема с влагата на стената. Матраците не са най-удобното нещо на света - може би топ матраци биха решили проблема с пружините, които се усещат.
