The apartment was renovated/new. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the whole apartment. It was comfy for 2 people

To have an extra set of linen if someone wants to sleep in the sofa. When I asked for it, the owner wanted to charge extra. At the end it was resolved though.

In a quiet area of Razlog, just a short walk from the Village Square, I discovered a fantastic place. When I arrived at the station, I found myself unable to communicate with anyone in English to get a taxi. At that moment, the host took it upon herself to assist me with every step of my stay in Razlog. They arranged for a taxi driver to pick me up and were waiting for me at the property to give me a tour. I planned to spend three days in Razlog, but I could have easily stayed for a whole week. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and upscale, beautifully decorated, and the level of customer service was exceptional.

Everything was okay; my ankles might need a break from the spiral stairs, but overall it was perfect.

Desislava and her Dad couldn’t have been more helpful. We were collected from the bus stance with our large bike bags. The studio was lovely. The vegetable garden in full bloom. Fresh raspberries on arrival. Modern and clean, with everything you could need.

We liked our stay very much - nothing to complain about.
