Excellent value for money. Peaceful garden for family BBQs and lots of greenery around.

An excellent accomodation for comfortable holidays. 200m from a long sandy beach and very close to all shops, bars and restaurants of Asprovalta.

Slightly muddy road outside the property but it was a rainy period. It should be dry in the summertime.

A holiday house in a lovely garden close to the sea

Perfect location: really close to the sea. (The beach is one of the best in Northern Greece - very wide, sandy and spacious, better than many on Chalkidiki.) The house is surrounded with a small blooming garden with the olive grove and mountains as scenery. It has a very big terrace with a sofa - I just can imagine how nice it is to have summer siesta on it. The maisonette was freshly painted. Very clean, cozy, full of light. All necessary kitchen stuff was available. We really enjoyed staying - big thanks to its friendly and caring host.

Reality differs the expectations – not good value for money

There is a nice terrace, which saves your vacation from being totally ruined.

The property is definitely not a “luxury maisonnette”, it is a small studio (upstairs), indeed with a lot of amenities and two small rooms into the basement (kind a luxury for a basement). The entire place needs serious cleaning (at least that was the situation at the time of our check in). Staying there for a people who love the temperature inside to be 30-34 Celsius degrees should be comfortable, for the comfort of the rest – it is a good idea installing an air conditioner. Finally, adding some descent mattresses on the beds and fixing them not to breakup while you sleep (it happened with my girlfriend) is also a winning idea.

The place was not enough clean and there is no air conditioner. For the summer time is very difficult to sleep in the night. However the host was very friendly.

Беше на 2 мин. пеша от плажа и имаше къде да паркираме колата си. Домакинът е много дружелюбен и усмихнат.

Беше изключително мръсно, две седмици след престоя ми откриха бактерия и пих антибиотик. При пристигането ни чаршафите, които трябваше да използваме все още се перяха, бяхме помолени да ги прострем, след което да си ги сложим вечерта на леглата. На едно от леглата бяха поставени чисти мокър чаршаф и възглавници. Платихме такса почистване, за да си почистим сами. Част от хавлиите бяха с петна по тях. Имаше тоалетна хартия, която ни стигна само за ден, наложи се да си купуваме.

Καταπληκτική μεζονέτα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ακόμη και για μεγαλύτερες διακοπές. Πολύ κοντά στην αγορά και 200μ από αμμώδη παραλία. Άνετα κρεβάτια και πολύ καθαρό καθώς έχει καινούρια καθαρίστρια. Φιλόξενος και ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης. Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα! Ευχαριστώ
