Το σπίτι ήταν παλαιό αλλά ανακαινισμενο,υπήρχε μια μοιραδια υγρασίας,αλλά ξεπερνιέται.το κλιματιστικό μοιριζε αλλά όλα καλα.η θερμοκρασία ήταν επαρκής. Η σχέση ποιότητας με τιμής για το οικονομικό έτος 2025 ήταν καλή για το 2026 αν παραμείνει στα ίδια ή χαμηλότερη θα ειναι καλυτερη.
