T2 climatisé face Loire et château le 4-4

Very nice apartment overlooking the Loire River and the Chateau d’Amboise. The patio is wonderful for breakfast in the morning and an aperitif before dinner. Plenty of free parking nearby and an access road that can be used to move bags into the apartment. 20 minute or so walk to restaurants. Boulangerie across the street is delicious! Dual air conditioner units kept the apartment, including the bedroom, comfortably cold even during the heat wave in June 2026!

Weird that you pay extra for linens and to have the bed made. Of all the places I have stayed over the years, this is the first time I have encountered an extra fee for linens and an additional fee to make up the bed.

Great location, great apartment. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the Chateau Royale. Friendly and organized staff. Highly recommended.

You can't find better than this apartment 4.4. Seriously this is a gem. Despite the view of the chateau of Amboise, with the bridge, the river and the old town right in front of your eyes which is unbeatable, while having a lovely dinner on the terrace, the location is perfect. Bike rentals, train station, Aldi supermarket, convenience store and bakery within 10mns walk max behind the building. Château d'Amboise, old town, restaurants and bars within 10 minutes in front of you after a beautiful walk on the bridge to get there. This place is outstanding. Highly recommended. The communication with Romain was super fast and smooth.

Not that I didn't like it, but just for the future visitors to know, the linen and the towels have to be paid separately.... it's not included. Also, no soap, no shampoo in the bathroom (at least for us), which is very unusual especially for such a beautiful flat and service where you can find everything you need to clean and cook, but again, you'll find everything you need within 5-10mns from the flat at the supermarket.

Loved sitting on balcony and looking across the river. Great bakery VERY close by to get croissants for breakfast.
