We stayed at many places in New Zealand but this one did not feel great.

Yes,is attached to main house by one hallway door, which was locked. When hosts cooked curry the smell was strong for several hours. Also, family noise could be heard at times, parents with 4 children. Also we decided to have a relaxing afternoon but the family was in the garden outside our accommodation and the children playing on the trampoline. We felt like we had to stay inside as it is their home. Also we had a small car but not really enough space to park off the street so we left the car parked on the street so we knew we could leave whenever we wanted.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großzügigen Wohn-Ess-Bereich, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem großen Bad, in dem sogar eine Waschmaschine bereitstand. Alles war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sind eine sehr freundliche Familie, die im selben Haus wohnt und die man jederzeit ansprechen konnte. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt stand alles bereit: Milch, Fruchtsaft und Wasser im Kühlschrank, ein gefüllter Obstkorb, Kaffee, Tee und Cornflakes sowie kleine Süßigkeiten. So etwas haben wir ehrlich gesagt noch in keiner anderen Ferienwohnung erlebt. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber auch ohne Auto ist man mit dem Bus, der fast vor der Haustür abfährt, schnell in der Stadt und am Bahnhof, von wo man mit dem Zug in einer Dreiviertelstunde im Zentrum von Auckland fahren kann.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
