Private, secure, warm, with off-street parking. Owner was very helpful and friendly. The new heat pump warmed up the whole house quickly for those sensitive to the cold, and there were electric blankets on both beds.

Lovely and sunny. Heat pump worked really well. Beds were firm but reasonably comfortable. Great communication from owner and easy to find. Nice to see body wash supplied in the shower.
There were a few stairs from the door to living area that my dad found difficult- a hand rail would have been helpful. I missed the info about no TVNZ. Needs some dinner and bread and butter plates.

The place was perfect for my whānau. We travelled for a tournament so we weren’t there during the day but was great when we were there.
The shower head could do with a little fix up as it kept falling of the holder
