cleanliness
no tea towels or cleaning cloths for the kitchen no extra blankets as was cold at night ROAD WORKS NOISE was VERY disappointing, my daughter had surgery in the morning and we hardly got any sleep. If had of known this was happening I would definitely have booked somewhere else.

(FYI - Pics are after use) The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was modern, very clean, comfortable, and great value for money. We appreciated having a washing machine, clothes drying rack, and even washing powder provided. The location was convenient, with free parking directly outside the apartment. The outdoor seating area was a nice bonus, and the apartment had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay.
The self-check-in instructions for the front door could be clearer. We had difficulty unlocking the door until we realised it must be fully closed before the keypad will accept the code. It would be helpful if the instructions explained that you need to hold the door handle and gently pull the door towards you until the flashing and beeping stops, then enter the door code. Once we figured this out, it worked perfectly.

Easy, very tidy and clean, good location for our trip
A clothes dryer would have been awesome, and the pillows were a bit big and firm for my liking.
