Lovely quick getaway in a peaceful location with great staff and enjoyable golf.

The location was great and loved being on the golf course. Nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our rounds of golf and foot golf.

It felt a little bit run down and showing it’s age, but it was still fine.

Lovely rural stay

Gorgeous location on a golf course in the country between Auckland and Hamilton (watch out for the pukekos on the road!) We stayed on our way south as it seemed like a much nicer location than the motel on the main route, but it was only a few minutes off the highway and a number of restaurants and takeaways. Breakfast was provided - simple but very nice. There was also a lovely comfortable lounge area - we happened to be the only visitors that night and it felt like staying in someone's home on their comfy sofas!

Plenty of parking for truck and trailer

Bar and restaurant were closed. Would be good to be more transparent whit opening day! We had 2 rooms neither of us got any sleep as both room were full of mosquitoes. both rooms very poor standard compared to the room pics on the advert. (Cheep backpacker standard at best) Rest of living areas very nice

Calm peaceful even joyful stay

A very private yet comfortable bnb with class. Very big and two lounge areas, one with a fire place. Another stay I’d get some golf lessons - loved the view waking up in the morning definitely stay again. Great for groups as offers 5 or more bedrooms and the club house did the best steak I’ve had in a long time. The steak melted in my mouth

A great comfortable country stay with superb outlook.

While out of town the setting is superb and room was large & comfortable. A great place to relax without the bustle. Good range for continental breakfast in the communal kitchen.

No on-site dinner available every night so need to travel to Bombay or Pukekohe. No office open on arrival so had to search to find someone who could help but welcome was genuine.

Gorgeous country farmhouse, 40 mins from airport

Beautiful accom, beautiful surrounds, Kaye is an amazing woman - take the time to chat to her! Comfortable bed, love that shower! There are 4 upstairs rooms in the B'n'B, and a shared farmhouse-style kitchen downstairs, but we virtually had the place to ourselves.

Very peaceful location and the room was well lit for evening and excellent views with morning sunlight. Excellent linen and warm duvet. Well supplied kitchen and family room.

Evening lighting at the gate for assurance on arrival. Numbers are large and shadowed be large lights on top of pillars.

Not a pleasant stay at all. Old and neglected and expensive for what we were offered. Will never stay there again.

Location was lovely

Not what we expected. Was given 2 small rooms with only a bed in and separate bathroom on landing with only a screen for privacy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the blind in the room was so old the paint was coming off. No wifi password given. No tv in the room. Breakfast was help yourself boxes of cereal placed in the kitchen. Host had gone on holiday. Worst thing was I am allergic to cats and as soon as we entered the house especially the lounge my chest closed up and I started wheezing. This carried on the entire night. Highly unpleasant and couldn’t wait to leave.

The location was amazing. Quiet surroundings, lovely home. You felt you were in the middle countryside when in reality you were not far from Pukekohe and the Auckland motorway. The host was fantastic - nothing was too difficult. I look forward to staying there again.

Kaye is the most friendliest host, so welcoming and open to guests. It was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful golf course, made me want to try golf. We wanted to stay longer
