Just 80 meters to the beach!! Vacation in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea, a neighborhood of Timmendorfer Strand! Book this bright, spacious first-floor vacation rental now. With 95 m² of space, this apartment offers pure vacation bliss and accommodates up to 10 people (7 beds in 3 bedrooms, 3 additional sleeping spots in the living room)—expandable to 22 people by renting additional apartments in the same building (these must be booked separately).
Three bedrooms, a large living room/bedroom, and Wi-Fi access are available.
Just 80 meters to the beach!! For cozy evenings, the vacation rental is equipped with board games, books, and TVs.
Enjoy your vacation to the fullest—and when the weather is nice, feel free to relax outside on the shared terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower/tub combination and a hair dryer.
Want to cook while on vacation? Go for it—the kitchen is well-equipped, even with a dishwasher. Especially convenient for families: a washing machine is also available.
Bringing a car? A free parking space is included with the vacation rental, and additional public parking is just a few minutes’ walk away at the Vogelpark. The accommodations are ideally located for beach lovers, water sports enthusiasts, and beach volleyball players.

At the harbor, just 350 meters away, you’ll find a great variety of fish sandwiches and other typical Baltic Sea dishes at Hauswald’s Fischbar, the Hafeneck, Klüver’s Fischräucherei and Brauhaus, as well as the Hafenblick and the Fischkiste.
Would you like to bring a dog? Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in this apartment. But at the Geibel-Haus, our “Sunset” bungalow and our “Sandbank” vacation apartment are available and allow dogs.

Utility costs based on consumption:
We want you to be as warm and comfortable here as you like. Therefore, a flat rate of 35 kWh of gas per night for heating is included in the rental price.
