Nice hotel overall and convenient location but the beds were incredibly firm and very uncomfortable for us. Other amenities not worth the poor sleep. We won't be back.

Very recently opened. Spacious room, fairly sparse but had a refrigerator and coffee maker. The lights in the room are too bright. Easy check-in. Restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. Full bar. Free parking. A lot of businesses within walking distance.

The front desk was absolutely phenomenal. She was so sweet. We’ve stayed at other Even hotels and LOVE them so we were super excited that they built this one! Check in was seamless, upon entering our room, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of pine-sol. It didn’t appear that the bathtub had been cleaned… there were hairs inside and outside the tub, on top of folded towels and on the walls. The A/C seemed to be on a motion sensor type system, which was fine until we woke in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable, my 4 year old had a hard time getting comfortable enough to fall asleep. We were super excited but unfortunately won’t be staying at this location again. We ended up checking out a day early.

parking was great. Is in a cell-dead area with no cell phone coverage. Not clear at check in that I could log in to the internet free and that would take care of the dead phone issue. Finally, and this is serious, My VISA care was charged nearly $150 more than the contract rate that Expedia promised when I made the reservation. This is inexcusable. Please contact me!!!! 4

The breakfast menu was good, and the food was excellent. The wait staff was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The room was very nice, nearly new. The bed was very comfortable. The entire staff was professional and attentive.

General poor customer service by staff. Room not cleaned between days - staff seemed to be unaware of why - but a friend stayed and her room was not cleaned as well. Hot at night - temp control not great. Otherwise clean and comfortable beds.
