Initial room I was in did not have a working toilet or any hot water. The room I was transferred to appeared to be a remodel in progress. It needs usb ports and the hair dryer does not work. The fridge is in need of a defrost although it works. Both entry doors do not appear to be very secure. They lock, but it looks like they had a makeshift repair job on the upper latch. Room was cleaned well. Website needs to remove kitchenette from the description.

This property is extremely different in the pictures vs in person. The rooms and hallway were very dirty. We switched to 3 different rooms and each was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Ultimately, we did not feel safe and left the property.

The room was clean and totally accessible. The WiFi was also incredibly good. However, the window was open in such a way that it was not able to close until me and my partner spent 30 minutes forcibly closing it after being instructed by staff to do so. Without closing this window, we would not be able to sleep due to the sounds of the highway and train. The last complaint is that the AC wasn't very powerful.

Hard to access the AC unit as it was mounted high up near the ceiling, room was noisy as it is by the highway, walls dirty with stains and tears, sink partially clogged, poor plumbing, room smells dusty like a closet full of old books.

The door latch for locking the door not only was missing, but you could see completely through the hole in the door. The air did not work in the back of the suite and it was 101 degrees outside. The towels were stained. It smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The vents in the ceilings did not have covers. The blow dryer sounded like a weed eater. The lady at the front desk super nice.

The hotel room was nice, a great size and clean. However, the amenities at this hotel is super poor and disorganized. For example, the microwave is super old based on the model/color. I had to use the microwave to warm my food for 4-5 times, if not 6 times! Typically, a microwave is something that I do not use frequently, so I know once is more than sufficient for 1-2 minutes. The shower head is not working properly and the water coming out of the shower head is not so strong and widely spread, and sometimes some water is coming out of the pipe before hitting the shower head. The bathroom does not have or work the fan which makes it extra steamy and hot! In addition, I was not provided with any water bottles during my visit and the hotel does not provide any coffee or tea for the entire day, even for breakfast. I had to walk one day 20 minutes to a Starbucks just for a coffee. To finalize, I nearly lost $50 for the security deposit upon leaving and checking out and the hotel receptionist was sleeping and woke up groggy which is unacceptable! Hotel receptionists should NOT be sleeping on duty and I know this given how I seen him dressed and his hair was messed up. When I check-in the receptionist who was an Indian lady never gave me a receipt to show when I checked out, so I had to convince the morning receptionist to check and give me my $50. In the last second before my Lyft rider came to pick me up, he finally gave me my $50. Management and ownership needs to change!

This place looks way nicer on the website than in person. There was a drunk guy running naked in the parking lot, the fridge in the room didn’t work, they did not have extra anything. If you get locked out at night, you’re screwed cause they lock the office and may or may not come out. It was definitely an experience staying at this place. Would not recommend.

Situated in a sketchy neighborhood with limited dining options—though the Hawaiian restaurant across the street was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very old and run down both inside and out. The heavy smoke smell throughout the place was hard to ignore. Despite the dated and run down condition, the bed was surprisingly comfy and appeared clean. The front desk lady was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

We complained about excessive fan noise on the first day, which remained unaddressed. Despite our efforts to tolerate it, the noise became unbearable. The situation was further exacerbated by water pipes banging loudly from 3:03 AM to 4:33 AM, making our stay intolerable. We then escalated these issues to Barbara, the Assistant Manager. She informed us that a 24-hour departure notice was required. Given that our six-night booking was made through Expedia, Barbara stated she would contact them to arrange a refund for the three nights we did not stay. However, our attempt to secure this refund via Expedia was unsuccessful. We received an email from Expedia indicating they could not obtain approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee, and consequently, the refund could not be granted. This outcome is deeply frustrating, demonstrating a clear failure by the hotel to resolve a significant comfort issue and by Expedia to secure the promised refund, leaving us to pay for an unacceptable experience.

If I could give it a minus 100 I would. Very dirty property. The bathroom was moldy and eve the towels were black a dirty. They start banging at night that u can’t even sleep. The whole place smelled of cooking that it made me nauseous. Absolutely horrible place. If I had not prepaid on Expedia I would have left as soon as I walked in. Avoid at all cost

The sink didn't work in kitchenette. The plumbing in the bathroom was backwards with not enough water pressure. The property had trash all over the ground. No coffee in the lobby or no coffee maker in the room. You would have to go and drive to get coffee before you can start your day.

Genuinely awful and I want a refund. We showed at 2:15, 15 minutes after the check in time. The room wasn’t ready. He told us to come back in 30 minutes. We did. It still wasn’t ready. We wait. At 4:45 they tell us the room is ready, we go in, it’s not the room we booked. I then had to argue with the front desk staff until they finally gave me the room we booked. Then, it was filthy. The window looked at an alley way and felt incredibly unsafe, the bed was awful, the whole room was filthy, the bathroom was DISGUSTING. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were late for dinner, and late for our event because of the room issues.

We got an amazing price for this room, and we enjoyed having a king-size bed. But, besides not being able to turn on the heat without help and the very strong odor at bed-time (Indian food?), it would have been nice to have a clock and coffee available.

The room I booked claimed to be “double queen & double soda bed” there was no “soda bed” it was a beat up love small love seat. The room was dirty like the tub hadn’t been cleaned at all, there was a sticky gross substance along the floor of the bedside. The sink was a mere drip.

Adequate for a two day stay and I felt safe and it was quiet enough. Staff asked for preference of down or upstairs. He suggested upstairs, good call. Best part: My room was very clean. Things I could live with: Toilet was wobbly, hair dryer didn’t work, no face towel day two, just two pillows, difficult to get comfortable on bed, bed was hard but comfortable to sleep. Staff were all courteous and night staff went out of their way to make sure I had a working hair dryer. Didn’t like: It smelled like old stale smoke even though I was in a nonsmoking room. The lobby lit incense but it didn’t filter up into my room. Would stay again to save money but prefer better bed.

The location is unfortunately. A lot of businesses around the area are shut down. There are some sketchy people around the area. The staff was great but the property definitely needs an upgrade…just seems really old and worn down. They are the ones keeping it alive. I high recommend if you are on a budget. Just know you get what you pay for. Hopefully they can get more business so they can remodel.
