When it is time to hit the water, Ocean Palms offers a wonderful private swimming pool for the community, a private walkway to the beach, and some of the best waves and stretches of beach anywhere in the Low Country. The interior of "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is bright and cheery. The living room provides a perfect blend of colors and comfort. Beautiful floors and a fireplace anchor the lovely decor. The kitchen, recently renovated, is perfect for entertaining your family and has an abundance of supplies to make your family and friends gathering easy and elegant. Stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces highlight the kitchen area. The master suite will help you dream about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, with access to an oceanfront deck, king bed, and private bath featuring a garden tub and separate shower. A second master suite features a king bed with a private bath. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and each has a full bathroom. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The community pool is open for the season between April and October and is not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - Your home has two assigned parking spaces. - Guests will need a car pass to park in the lot and a gate code for entrance. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Two twin single beds Bedroom 4 / King bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
