At 405 Yacht Harbor, you have the best of what Island living has to offer. First, is the view. 405 Yacht Harbor overlooks the Morgan Creek Marina, as well as the Yacht Harbor community swimming pool. The community pool features a hot tub (closed until winter 2025) plus has two grilling stations. From the outstanding outdoor living room, which includes a sofa and oversized chairs, you can watch your children enjoy the refreshing water at the community pool or see the latest prize catch being offloaded from a fishing boat at the marina. Wild Dunes also features two famous golf courses, miles of bike trails, playground, and many restaurants (seasonal). Finally, the best feature of 405 Yacht Harbor is the property itself! Each bedroom features a private bath. The master bedroom features views of the swimming pool and marina and has a king-size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Finally, the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed (two twins) as well as queen bed. Each bedroom has a television. Additional Amenities Include: • High-speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Community swimming pool! • Fishing right off the docks at the marina! • Full-size washer and dryer. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry. *Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Yacht Harbor pool is open May-September The pool is not heated. The hot tub is closed until winter 2025. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Yacht Harbor pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - There are 2 parking spaces available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
