The middle level has a guest bedroom with a queen bed, open deck and private bath. The spacious third level features the kitchen, living and dining area. Cooking is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen. A private tennis court and swimming pool for the Fairway Dunes Community are located steps from the front door of 26 Fairway Dunes. On open deck off the queen guest bedroom overlooks the pool and tennis amenities.
