Located in the heart of Wild Dunes, the Grand Pavilion, this four-bedroom, four-bath home is an outstanding vacation destination for your family. Following a two-minute walk, your family will be on the oceanfront Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, which features two swimming pools, an ice cream shop, and a grill. In addition to easy access to the Boardwalk, 103 Grand Pavilion, is located on the South Croquet Lawn in the Grand Pavilion, which is the perfect place for the kids to play. Finally, the ideal location has your family within a two-minute walk to the Village at Wild Dunes, Harbor Golf Course, and several community restaurants. The interior of 103 Grand Pavilion offers style with comfort. The living, dining and kitchen are located on the first level and open to a deck that overlooks the Croquet Lawn that leads out to the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops. Seating for eight is featured at the dining room table with three additional seats at the kitchen bar, 103 Grand Pavilion has bedding for ten. The first level has two queen beds, with a full bath that has a private entrance. The second level features two bedrooms. The first is spacious with two queen beds and a private bath. The second has a king bed and private bath. On the third and top level, the master bedroom has a king bed, a large bath, and a private deck. Additional Amenities Include: • Unlimited access to the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk Swimming Pools. • High-speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Washer and dryer. • Assigned parking for two cars. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products. 103 Grand Pavilion is on the Isle of Palms making it an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (9 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping, and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (18 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes, and gardens. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry. *Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - There are 2 parking spaces available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / King bed Bedroom 3 / 2 Queen beds Bedroom 4 / 2 Queen beds --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
