Your Wild Dunes vacation experience awaits you in this fantastic three-bedroom oceanfront condominium, that is highlighted with outstanding furnishings and fixtures. Following its recent purchase, 513 Seascape features all new furnishings throughout the property. Living room, dining area, and each bedroom are completely new, capturing the unique style of the South Carolina, Charleston coast. The kitchen is highlighted by state-of-the-art appliances (all stainless steel) crushed natural stone backsplash, under cabinet lighting, custom cabinets as well as Corian countertop surfaces.  Another unique feature of 513 Seascape is the Versailles natural stone smooth floors throughout the main living area as well as in every bathroom. Each bath has a combination of natural stone and glass tile with real cherry wood vanities and natural black marble countertop. Other features that make 513 Seascape so special include the in-unit washer and dryer, enormous ceiling fans, and an oversized air conditioning system that will keep you cool on the hottest of days. Finally, the spacious deck will leave you breathless as you look out over the beach and the sand that curves towards Charleston. Your family will find it difficult to leave the relaxing outdoor living space provided on the deck. 513 Seascape is located in one of the most desirable communities in the southeast. The beach is located just in front of you as you leave the elevator. Spacious and clean (Isle of Palms has been awarded the Blue Wave Award for the health of the Beach) your family will spend countless hours collecting sand dollars, seashells and building sandcastles in front of Seascape. An oceanfront swimming pool is another wonderful amenity at Seascape. Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more. Additional Amenities Include: • High speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Full size washer and dryer. • Parking for two cars. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products. Located in Wild Dunes, your family will enjoy its 1,600 acres, two famous golf courses, miles of bike and walking trails, a day spa, 2 ½ miles of beach, as well as many different dining options! Best yet, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Pleasant! **Note:** Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions! *Home Truths:* - City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Seascape pool is open seasonally between April 1 - Oct 31 and is not heated. - The pool deck is open in the off season. - Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction. *Parking Details:* - There are two parking spots available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival. --- Room configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: 2x Double Bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
