20 Beach Club Villa is a spacious three-bedroom, three bath family vacation property highlighted with a spacious screen porch and large deck. With both ocean and pool views as a backdrop, your family will thoroughly enjoy meals or a board game on the furnished screen porch. From the upper deck, you can soak up the sun while watching the kids splash in the aqua blue water or choose one of the many loungers surrounding the pool. Then when your family is ready to ride the waves, the surf is only steps away from 20 Beach Club Villa and easily accessible down a boardwalk. The living area features a remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and new appliances. The updated flooring in the living area provides a clean look with a comfortable plush leather sofa and many new furnishings. The dining area has seating for six at the circular table. One of the many special amenities offered at 20 Beach Club Villa is the huge sliding door and window in the living area looking out towards the ocean. 20 Beach Club Villa presents three bedrooms, each with a full renovated bath and updated cabinets and tiling. The master bedroom offers a king bed with direct access to the open deck with ocean views and features a large walk-in shower as well as a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom on the second floor features a king bed. The first level bedroom is unique in that it is large enough to accommodate two queen beds. Finally, 20 Beach Club Villa offers a covered carport plus a private outdoor shower and changing room. Beach Club Villa at Wild Dunes is a fantastic community and one of the best maintained at Wild Dunes. It is the only oceanfront community along the Charleston coast that offers three-bedroom townhomes with direct ocean views. Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to enjoy precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle rentals and several restaurants located on site within the community. Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens. *Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Beach Club Villas pool is open May-September, and is closed in the off season. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Beach Club Villas pools, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - Guests will receive 2 parking passes. - There is one parking space assigned to the unit. - There is one other parking space available on a first come first serve basis. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
