One of the unique features of 109 Grand Pavilion is that the oceanfront deck, off of the living room, has six steps taking your family directly down to the pool and then to the beach. This perfect location allows your family to run in and out of the house at ease while enjoying the best of what Wild Dunes has to offer. In addition, the living room, kitchen, dining area, and two large bedrooms all have oceanfront views. Each bedroom has a private bath, flat screen television and a comfortable bed. The master bedroom, located on the third floor, features a king bed plus a private oceanfront balcony. 109 Grand Pavilion is perfect for families as well as four couples traveling to the beach together. 109 Grand Pavilion is a short walk from the Harbor Golf Course, which features a restaurant in the Pro shop. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - There are 2 parking spaces available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
