When the crew wants a change of pace, Summer House offers a fantastic swimming pool, exclusive to the guest visiting the Summer House community. Access to 402 Summer House is easy with an elevator just steps away from the condominium.The interior of 402 Summer House is comfortable and provides a relaxing atmosphere for your entire family. The newly renovated kitchen, dining area, and living room are open and offer oceanfront views from almost every vantage point. A large flat screen television is featured in the living room. The dining area provides seating for eight. A spacious oceanfront deck provides unbelievable oceanfront views! Each bedroom features a private bath and there are two master suites; each highlighted with a king bed. One suite includes a sleeper sofa as well. One guest room features a queen bed and the other a king. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.*Parking Details:*- There are two parking spots available.- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
