When it is time to hit the beach, a beach access path is ideally situated at the end of the block so that in five minutes you can be enjoying the “Blue Wave Beach”, a national award given to the Isle of Palms for the cleanliness of the beach and ocean. You might want to even send your friends back home a sand dollar, which is often found on the Isle of Palms while walking the surf. The first level of 7 41st Avenue features a bedroom with a queen bed, as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room. The living room is comfortable and includes two sofas, luxurious leather chairs, and a flat-screen television. You will find that the kitchen is perfect for that low country boil with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area has room for the entire family with seating for ten. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity.
