Wonderful peaceful location and exceptional view. Excellent parking. Really enjoyed the walk along Cliff Road to Salcombe town centre. Good amenities in the accommodation: coffee machine (very much appreciated), plentiful very hot water, superb cleanliness, full length mirrors, well stocked kitchen (although we didn't really do any cooking). Loved the terrace especially being able to have a morning coffee whilst soaking up the sun.
Musty when we arrived so we kept all the windows/doors open as much as possible to give it a good airing. The accommodation had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay although we did miss not having a dishwasher and the accommodation felt generally a bit tired (although we could see it was very well loved).

Views from the balcony were exceptional.
Accessibility. No mention was made of single track road to reach property or the exceptionally steep hill if on foot. The property was tired.
