Just a 15-minute stroll from the centre of Salcombe and a short walk down Beadon track to the sandy North Sands beach, this light-filled, upside-down home is made for memorable escapes with family or friends.

Other Things To Note:
1) The accommodation is set over two floors and is an upside down house, with the main living space on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

2) Wi-fi access throughout this property.

3) Central heating and hot water are provided via a combi boiler.

4) No smoking, vaping, or candles are permitted inside or close to the property. 

5) No provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.  

6) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
