Stylish Sanctuary - Estuary Views - Outside Space

Very clean, lots of kitchen equipment- beautiful hamper kindly awaiting our arrival. View from the main bedroom and double room were stunning.

The location in terms of the view from the top bedrooms was lovely. Walking to and from Salcombe town was extremely steep. I love walking and as a family we consider ourselves very fit and active but even by our standards this was a hike. There is obviously no parking outside the property and this was made even tricker by a neighbour who had positioned cones and a trailer during our stay which added to the difficulty in finding a space. The main bedroom had a beautiful view however we did feel it lacked space to fully stand up unless the velux windows were open and the wardrobe access was very interesting as you have to crawl into it to reach your clothing. The outside space was pleasant but we did have to set up the chairs to ensure no one stepped back off of the tiered drops. I really feel this should be looked at and made safe for younger families as the steps and ledges from the second and 3rd tier could be super dangerous for younger children or more elderly guests.
