Beautifully presented throughout with very stylish furnishings and immaculately clean, with very comfortable beds (which was a surprise as I hardly ever find any beds comfy when staying away). The house is perfectly located at 3 minutes walk to the water / ferry / shops.
Top 2 bedrooms get too hot in warm weather and an air conditioner would be a very welcome addition.
Toilet brush in master bedroom needs replacing.

Great property in a fabulous location in Salcombe. It had a very homely feel and everything that we needed.
You don’t get to communicate with the owners. Sykes Cottages chat bots are not helpful as they couldn’t answer specific questions before our stay. However matters raised during our stay were dealt with promptly by local staff.

Great location, lovely large property with comfy beds. Master bedroom leads onto a terrace. Well equipped kitchen with children’s plates etc. good washer dryer in the back kitchen, everything worked well.
Interiors are looking a little loved, scuff marks on walls. Outdoor furniture and cushions could do with a clean

It was a lovely cosy house in a great position.
One of the mattresses in one of the twin rooms was very uncomfortable and some of the slats had broken.
