Great location, lovely large property with comfy beds. Master bedroom leads onto a terrace. Well equipped kitchen with children’s plates etc. good washer dryer in the back kitchen, everything worked well.
Interiors are looking a little loved, scuff marks on walls. Outdoor furniture and cushions could do with a clean

It was a lovely cosy house in a great position.
One of the mattresses in one of the twin rooms was very uncomfortable and some of the slats had broken.

Location fantastic, everything had been thought of as regards equipment and facilities. It was quiet but so close to town. Homely and practical for everything we needed
Only slight criticism would be the terraces hadn't been cleaned since winter - but it didn't stop us having barbecues and sitting on the terraces.

We had two cars but the fact that the parking permit was for a car park 10 minutes walk away and there was nowhere for the second vehicle to park apart from off street parking over a mile away..
The street is so narrow that even though you are ‘ permitted ‘ to drop bags off, negotiating the reverse drive was a nightmare. The street was empty all weekend which made it even more frustrating.

Location is amazing - a lovely quiet street the house is beautiful I would move in tomorrow, beds were comfortable, the kitchen had great facilities and lots of storage
We had an issue with ants in the property, which wasn't ideal - they were in the kitchen mainly and dining room table.

Decor was pleasant and individual. You could tell the owner had taken time to consider how to make it comfortable. Well kitted out and enough of everything. Great location and the parking permit was a great bonus. Good white linen and spotlessly clean.
Bed in back bedroom is a little cheap and needed the slats fixed. The agents were great and fixed it quickly. Some of the walls need a lick of paint and some of the furniture is showing wear.

It was beautifully decorated, had 3 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet!
The only issue we had was that there was a couple of slats missing out of one of the beds. Think the white single beds were comfier than the black ones so maybe replace the black ones? Would alsp be great if the singie beds in the top rooms could be put together to make doubles sp more flexibility for couples to book but that's just my opinion.

Location was central in Salcombe, access road narrow and had to reverse back down. But parking card supplied to park in long term park not far away so only necessary to 'go' to the house to unload/load. Excellent benefit; any problems in the house sorted very quickly by managing company - excellent. House was stylish and with fun artwork; it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen well equipped and large, lots of attention to detail.
One shower didn't work; problems with tv; another shower had gaping door but the managing company were very helpful and quick when it was brought to their attention.
