Lovely spacious home with gorgeous views
Lovely home with a beautiful view. Very spacious. We were a group of six adults and it did not feel cramped. Enjoyed sitting at the large dining table looking out the window at the view.
Well stocked kitchen except for lack of scissors and tiny cheese grater. Also none of the frying pans were that good, with food sticking. We had to provide tea towels which we found odd, as sheets, towels were supplied

Loved the house, Salcombe never disappoints so this was ideal for our family.
Beautiful spacious house gorgeous views. Excellent facilities and kitchen equipped with everything you may need or have forgotten. Showers were very good with plenty of hot water. Lovely linen and plenty of towels.
We liked everything. Salcombe is very hilly with limited parking further into the town. so unless you like walking then this property is maybe too far from the shops. Saying that there is a very well supplied SPAR just opposite.

Had a perfect family weekend in Salcombe and Lanapaoule exceeded our expectations.
Wonderful layout and facilities were top class. Garden room with bbq was a big hit and the welcome hamper was a treat.

We were in Salcombe for a wedding which was fabulous and we could walk from Lanapoule to the wedding
A very nice well appointed property. Good shop just around the corner with a huge range of stock (It was a SPAR but had great produce and a wide range of 'COOK' meals in the three freezers dedicated to Cook.
There were rather a lot of messages around the house telling us what to do and what not to do, but I guess that is probably necessary for summer holiday lets.
