It wasn’t ideal with 2 dogs as they weren’t allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Would have better to be forewarned of this

Very clean property everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Dog friendly with an enclosed back garden. Near to North Sands beach and the Winking Prawn restaurant. Approximately 20 mins walk to Salcombe.

Nice property in a quiet location with good views & good decor. Fairly well equipped. Able to walk to North Sands beach & town, if mobile. Steep walk up from town.
Deep steps from back door to patio & to steep sloping grassed garden. Grass needed cutting. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Musty smell in property. Parking restricted to one medium sized vehicle.
