I would’ve liked to know before my booking that my room is next to a (daily) outdoor fire place for all hotel guests, which meant smoke came into our room - even with closed windows. Very annoying during the summer heat. I raised the issue several times and ultimately, it was handled by the hotel. I’m sure it’s all very danish and hyggelig for people less sensitive than us.

De Spa was lekker, mooi hotel, fijne ligging.
Dat we ivm de honden in een andere kamer moesten en daarvoor moesten bijbetalen. Bericht dat ze daarover gestuurd hadden nooit ontvangen, naja. Voor zo’n duur hotel vonden wij het wat klantonvriendelijk.

God beliggenhed til byen og vandet.
Der var ingen glas på værelset, ingen kogekedel, så vi skulle hente drikkevarer i baren. Værelset var beskrevet med egen terrasse, men det var en fælles terrasse uden direkte udgang. Til gengæld lå værelset lige ud til bålfadet, hvilket gjorde, at værelset lugtede af røg hele aftenen. På trods af påtale, blev der blot smidt mere brænde på.
