Room was absolutely fine for my needs. Owner very friendly. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment for self catering. Very good shower. Location within 2 mins walk of bus stop for easy access into Southampton. Complimentary tea and coffee. Was able to make use of laundry facilities. Would stay here again.

Nice to be able to come and go easily. Plenty of storage for clothes and the host was eager to offer additional facilities like a washing machine for example. The house is clean and tidy and situated in a quiet area.
A convoluted procedure to obtain the exact address and keys due to having to respond to multiple additional emails after booking. This was complicated by the fact that I was travelling for a couple of days and didn't have easy access or time to be filling out additional forms. I expect to be able to book a place to stay on booking.com and then turn up there; not jump through additional hoops.
