Positioned on a private road, convenient for the M27 and M3, the holiday cottage is ideally placed for visiting the New Forest, 10 mins, the historic ships at Portsmouth, Beaulieu with its Motor Museum, the sea at Southampton with its ocean yachts, and beaches locally. Winchester 7 miles. Shop 300 yards, pub ½ mile.

Friendly accessible owner, property very cosy and comfortable,it has a very good selection of games and books etc,no shortage of China, glass ware cooking utensils etc. Very comfortable. However the drive up to The coach house was quite overgrown with shrubs which made it difficult to load and unload the car,

A lovely coach house and ideally placed to visit Winchester Christmas markets and the surrounding lovely towns of the New Forest. Very comfortable and warm and decorated for Christmas which was nice.The coach house is very well equipped and has everything you would need.We were welcomed by the owner and although in the garden of a big house, it felt private.Also very close to Southampton which would be great for visiting family and friends.

Lovely cottage.Great location, A bit tricky to get up the drive maybe shrubbery needs a trim.Bit over equipped for a cottage that sleeps 3 lots of crockery and not enough cupboard space for food.Otherwise a great place to use as a base. Would recommend.
