Host was very attentive and helpful. Helped us sort out plugs adapters (as we had the wrong ones) and very quickly sorted wifi when it wasn't working. Even provided a welcome crostata. Rooms were large and spacious. Beds were comfortable and provided sheets and heavier quilt for some colder nights. The attic room was great for a single person. Kitchen well equipped for us to cook meals with a gas cooktop. Whilst on the top floor, the lift was useful to save carrying suitcases up 5 sets of stairs. Great view of the church nearby, especially at night. Easy walking distance to both main train station and metro. Reasonable walking distance to most main attractions like Trevi, Colosseum, Pantheon. Supermarket 1 block away, loads of restaurants within 2 blocks.
The lift is very small so if you have lots of luggage or many people, may take multiple trips. Lift is not fast Internal doors are a bit misaligned and do not close properly, including bathroom. Attic bathroom is very cramped.
