Terrible experience

Staff at the pool were very nice, they helped my little girl with autism.

Not small child friendly. Also boomed a hot tub and didn't get one. Room not ready but I was sent to it with other people dirty lining and rubbish in there. Had to walk all the way back up reception with massive 20kg suitcase and bags pushing a special needs child in her buggy and 3 small kids in tow to sort out the issue and waited till after 5pm for it to be ready. Also, booked room with hot tub and never got one. Pool floor is made of small stones that are rough and ripped half the tow nail off my little girl and grazed the kids legs and feet and elbows. I paid €1808 for 3 nights. Definitely wasn't worth it. To top it off all inclusive finished at 12 on the last day. They put us near the swim up pool and they made fencing along the front with gates, but a 1 foot gap all the way down so my special needs child could get into the neighbouring enclosures and out the gates down to the pool. I had to get tape and tape the chairs to the gaps. I would not return unless they fixed these issues. And fixed pricing and guarantees hot tubs and extend the all inclusive. I feel ripped off to be honest.

My children really liked the pirate theme pools. One of the lifeguards are on the slides was brilliant with the kids! He was professional, fun and a real highlight for the kids! The location is good- we visited the water park and natura animal park which were great. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly.

The buffet food was very disappointing. There was little variety, and when food run out was not replaced. Although we had one dinner at a theme restaurant we were unable to use it as were all already booked out when we checked. My children were excited to visit games room however were not able to use any of the games (should be marketed for older children) and the lady working there was more interested in being on her phone. The entertainment was extremely disappointing for a theme hotel. The girls, were obviously new and seemed uncomfortable or more interested in socializing with each other. They were unapproachable and their interactions with guests seemed awkward and insincere.

Alojamiento increíble. Todo fue perfecto: las instalaciones cuentan con todas las comodidades y están cuidadas al detalle. El ambiente es acogedor y se nota que se esfuerzan por hacerte sentir como en casa. ESPECIAL PARA IR CON NIÑOS!! El personal es encantador, especialmente Gemma y Sara, de la tienda del resorte que fueron súper amables y atentas durante toda la estancia. ¡Sin duda volveremos! RECOMIENDO RÉGIMEN TODO INCLUIDO .

Considero que al ser nuevo todavía tienen algunas cosas que mejorar pero nada que pueda influirte en tus vacaciones.

Perfekt hotell for familier med barn mellom 0 år og 12 år

Maten i snackbaren. Veldig bra at det var inkludert gratis inngang i dyreparken og vannparken som var kun 5 minutter å gå fra hotellet. Og gratis middag og middelalder show på Robin Hood hotellet var veldig bra. Mye solsenger og bra bassengområdet ikke åpner før kl 10.00, så en slipper at gjester står opp grytidlig for å reservere solsenger. Bra underholdning på kvelden med sceneshow og livemusikk.

Maten var bare ok. Dårlig utvalg til hvert måltid og tørt kjøtt til middag. For høy musikk rundt hoved bassenget. For harde senger.

No volvería jamás

Pues poca cosa, porque la comida era pésima además acababan de abrir y tenían mucho problemas faltaba comida no tenían ni para hacer una tortilla les faltaba jamon y el pimiento y eso que íbamos al buffet premium no me quiero imaginar el buffet normal

Nos dijeron que podíamos cenar a las 22:30 que llegábamos de la noche después de pagar un todo incluido, y resulta que cerraban a las 10 y el día de mi cumpleaños me tuve que acostar sin cenar yo mi mujer y mi hijo de tres años, nos dieron una cabaña apartada de todo el recinto en una esquina cuando se la pedimos al lado de los parques de agua, dijeron que podíamos ir a comer unos snack por no haber cenado y resulta que no había snack que estaba todo cerrado, y para rematar nos dijeron que dejáramos la habitación a las 10:00 de la mañana que la necesitaban el último día y que no podían cambiarnos a otra cabaña cerca de la piscina porque estaban completos, así que ha sido una experiencia muy negativa y encima el día de mi cumpleaños

El buffet no había mucha variedad a los niños lo q tenían para comer lo mismo para cenar se acababa algunas cosas y no lo reponían y siempre era lo mismo ….luego tanto para ir al anfiteatro como para para el Aqua natura debía de haber acceso directo para los del pirants es un fallo que vemos xq hay q. Dar mucha vuelta …. Hay días que no nos limpiaban la habitación cambiaban las toallas y ya está el sofá los cojines en una esquina y no los colocaban mi hijo pequeño hay un día que ha echo las camas a su manera y así la dejaron……. merendamos un día pizza y los cartones los dejaron en la habitación , 3 días con los cojines del sillón de la calle cagados por pájaros y hasta que no les pusimos en máxima de jacussi no se dignaron en limpiarlo. Creo q hay q hacer más actuaciones en el resort dentro o poner más cosas para ellos para q estén allí depues de la cena .

El personal es amable

- La comida del buffet era peor que la de un hospital, la de los restaurantes temáticos también. - Colas de más de 30min esperando al sol para que te asignen una mesa. - Insoportable olor a cloaca en las habitaciones. - Colas interminables en recepción y atención al cliente para cualquier gestión. - Nos asignaron una cabaña de especificaciones peores a la abonada ( una habitación en vez de dos) y no nos supieron dar solución ni ofrecer alternativas. - Andar por el complejo es peligroso pues está lleno de carros de golf con los que se desplazan los trabajadores y no hay espacio físico por las zonas peatonales para el paso de una persona y un carrito de esos. - Las habitaciones no se pueden cerrar por dentro, nuestro hijo de 2 años abrió la puerta simplemente dándole a la maneta y se nos escapó. - Dos teles en la habitación pero ninguna con mando a distancia. - Pese a ser las piscinas nuevas, el enfoscado del revestimiento se desprendía y se clavaba en los pies. - Horario muy limitado de piscina de 11:00 a 19:00 y sin opciones de ocio para los niños antes de las 11:00.
