+This hotel is fantastic. Vast selection of food at breakfast. All staff fantastic especially Alex the driver and Silvia the Receptionist Went above and beyond to help me and my elderly father who has Alzheimer's. The lifeguards were also fantastic too.
Both restaurants superb, amazing views and relaxing. Entry to the attractions is an additional bonus as it's expensive if you didn't book the hotel.
- AGODA. I booked the hotel but Agoda used a third party who put me in a villa. For my father's needs the hotel would have been better which is why I booked the hotel. Agoda didn't rectify this problem and the customer service was very poor and caused me a great deal of stress.

Hotel wonderful. Lovely the possibility to go to terra mitica and mundomar.
I hope that next year they can add AQUALANDIA, already included when the hotel was not yet Fourpoints

This rather jaded hotel offers a single buffet restaurant that was catered to a price
We looked at the offerings and ate elsewhere
The WiFi didn’t work even though we repeated it and we couldn’t spend the morning around the pool as the pool man with towels didn’t arrive till 10.30 by which time there were no beds
The furniture the manager advised us had been damaged by the sun !!! Unusual in Spain I’m guessing but worn out bare faux leather sofa and chairs had reached their end date some years ago
Wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you are coming with children wanting to use the attached theme park
