Quite disappointed for the price we paid

Was very clean lovely room

Thought the breakfast was quite poor . We got there at 9 and the cooked breakfast was cold could not eat it just had toast . The coffee was awful felt it was poor quality . Stayed there when the hotel was the Grand Luxor same quality room , but breakfast was superb so was expecting same quality. So didn’t find it value for money . Do not think I would choose to stay there again .

Breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. Brilliant that we had tickets for Terra Mitica and Mundomar included.

Music in the corridor all night. Teenagers shouting along the corridors basically all night so I didn't sleep for 2 nights! The heated swimming was closed which I don't understand and the kids area wasn't open either for some reason.

Great chilled location and not far from the nightlife

Room was ready early. Hotel was immaculate and very clean. Great facilities too. We wanted somewhere just outside of Benidorm but only a short taxi ride into the town.

Twin bed option rather than a double and a sofa bed, although it wasn’t too bad.

great hotel but some of the staff have a face like they are stung by bees but that doesn’t take away from the other very nice and genuine staff members that acc helped wifi was absolutely horrible only really worked in your room could be better for the size of the hotel

It exceeded my expectation

We love everything about it: 1) spacious parking FREE 2) outside pools FREE (heated water) 3) excellent breakfast and dinner if you order halfboard 4) Mundomar, Terra Mitica, Aqualand - FREE entrance And Terra Mitica is a stone‘s through away. 5) magnificent views of Benidorm FREE. 6) photos with posh cars in front of the main entrance FREE. C‘mon it‘s a great hotel. We love it

Fabulous pool, good entertainment for younger children. Access to all parks which was brilliant for my kids who were 15 & 16

It was very luxourios the staff were very helpful and the hotel was beautiful and our room was very spacious

I didn't like the fact that there was only one bar open and it was very full and noisy because there was a padel competition on and there was a lot of people in the bar The hotel was in a good place for terra mitica but there wasn't any bars nearby and there wasn't any entertainment in the evenings

Nice and Sweet for a short stay

The hotel was absolutely huge and beautiful- it had Ferrari cars and other luxury cars at the front . The breakfast was lovely but for meat eaters mainly. the staff are semi lovely but seemed a bit ‘off’ on arrival. the location is €15 taxi away from Benidorm so please bare in mind there are NO shops around you can walk to or grab a bite ect

location, pools were closed, staff didn’t seem all that helpful in arrival, the bedding … sheets for duvets is not all that acceptable really.

Best part the hotel is away from Benidorm and has a luxury international feel. if you are British and want the expat tou

exactly as described. except the theme park had closed although aqua park was open. Early August seems quite bizarre with temperatures. at 35c

without a private car it is very difficult to get. from the hotel, to other venues We live Spain so be aware you will taxi expenses.

Our interaction with your Reception Team. We arrive at 2.00 in the morning and were given a warm welcome. That Team provided help without question whenever we needed it. We have stayed at The Grand Luxor on a number of occasions, of varying lengths, and each time it gets better. Our room care was lst Class.

One of our family slipped and fell onto a glass topped table which was cracked in the fall. The replacement cost was added to our bill. Having paid 2634 Euros for our stay, we felt that this was a little unfortunate.
