What a stunning location! Glorious view and super clean everywhere!

The pool area is very good.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The whole complex is very nice.
The service in the bar was very bad. Table service only, I waited for nearly 45 minutes to order on Saturday afternoon. Not very good.
The breakfast was quite poor as there were hardly any hot options. I arrived at 9.45am and food was not being replenished.
I checked in at 12 noon and was told my room was ready but hasn’t been released. I was not notified until 4.30pm my room was available. Despite having the key wristband the whole time.
I could not find my room and bellboy staff were very unhelpful. It took me 20 mins to locate my room.
Bar food was of a very poor standard and cold.

Room was cold as no heating but Maintenance turned A/C off which helped. Weather very wet and cold.
Long cold corridors to room - weather was the problem
