ディズニーからも新浦安駅からも近く施設もきれいでした。 洗濯機、洗剤、ハンガー、コロコロクリーナーなど足りないものはないくらい完璧でした！

Room was very clean and comfortable. Amenities all worked well and I loved the toilet's air ventilation system (could produce warm air, dehumidify etc etc). 3 shopping malls at the train station nearby and there was the airport limousine bus from narita airport to shin urayasu station. Was also able to access disney easily.
Blankets were a little thin (summer blankets?) so it got a little cold on rainy nights.
