The owner was very helpful and prompt with responses. The apartment was tiny but we knew that before we arrived. This worked for us since we pretty much just slept there and we were out and about otherwise. A train station is a short walk away and we found we were able to get to most of the places we needed to go in an hour or less via the train. There are also a number of restaurants and a 7-Eleven within walking distance.
The beds were very hard, and there were some mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. We tried hard to be quiet for the neighbors in the evenings as requested but it felt like we were walking on eggshells.
