Su ubicación muy buena a una cuadra de la estación de Keisei Koiwa, enfrente un Seven eleven y en la esquina un supermercado y una panadería. Los servicios del departamento muy bien: agua caliente, calefacción, horno de microondas, refrigerador, smart TV, internet, toallas, etc.
el sofá cama un poco duro, pero lo resolvimos colocandole un futón

駅から近く、建物の向かいにコンビニやスーパーが便利な場所です。建物は古いですが部屋は改装されて水回りも綺麗な状態です。
コインランドリーも近いし下町を楽しみたい人におすすめです。
羽田空港や成田空港からの電車のアクセスが良い
洗濯機があるが洗濯物を干す道具やカゴは無いので
設置するともっと便利だと思います。
バスタブはなくシャワーのみ、浴室乾燥機があるので
洗濯物は乾きました。また冬はエアコンが乾燥するので加湿器があればなお良いと思います。
部屋は写真通り綺麗ですが、間取り図があった方がより分かりやすいと思いました。
エレベーターのパネルの番号を押す時に
ゆっくりと正確に押すコツがいるので何度も失敗しましたが後半は慣れました。
