Location was super ! Very close 3 minutes walk to station ! Suburb was absolutely amazing, you find every corner a surprise , 7/11 , supermarkets , local fruit shops , mobile accessories shop , Indian restaurants ! Turkish kebabs , pharmacies , all accessible from cozy apartments 2-5 minutes walk ! We family of 4 were absolutely amazed and happy , highly recommended 👍

Cozy Pocket is a very comfortable apartment which me and my family had the opportunity to rent for two weeks. Since this unit sits on the top floor of the building, first we are able to enjoy gazing at the peaceful and quiet neighbourhood of Kitakoiwa, Edogawa. It also faces east which means we are able to wake up early and refreshed to enjoy our daily adventure in various places at Tokyo. We were able to utilize the washer as well since we are facing the sun in the morning. The owner of the place was thoughtful enough to leave instructions on how to use certain appliances properly, and there was even a guidebook on their recommendations on nearby attractions and amenities, which we were able to utilize. All provided guides were multilingual which is nice. There were minor inconveniences with garbage sorting as well as the toilet, but all tools to solve these were provided to us without fail. In a stay as long as we had, we were bound to find these problems, but with the guides and open communication we were able to easily overcome these. As for the neighbourhood, there are many nearby places that make it very convenient. It is close to a supermarket, a bakery, a produce market, bento shops, a few convenience stores, and a few restaurants as well. It is also around 15 minutes of walking toward the Edogawa river. Plus it is just a few minutes from the Keisei Koiwa station which makes it convenient whether you want to go anywhere in Tokyo or even both airports. Cozy Pocket has allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our stay in Tokyo. We already miss being there and we were honoured to call it home during our stay.
