603 - Tokyo Disney Access, 2 Bedroom Apartment for 6, Tokyo Koiwa

The house was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There was also a dedicated play area and toys provided for young children, which was a great bonus for families. The location was excellent, being very close to the train station, bus stop, and 7-Eleven. It is highly recommended for families with young children. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

ディズニーリゾートへ、直通のバスがすぐ近くから出ているので楽だった。近くのコインパーキングも安いし、飲み屋街が近いので、ご飯にも困らなかった。

飲み屋街が近いので、子連れでそういう場所に近いと嫌な人にはダメだろうな、と思った。私は気にしませんが。

JR小岩站北口一出來就到，不用大包小包走很遠這點太棒了！旁邊就是伊藤洋華堂超市，CP值高又美味的食材為此住宿加了不少分！廚房的廚具碗盤乾淨齊全，床鋪一張偏軟一張偏硬，剛好滿足我們的需求，暖氣和熱水都很好，我們住的很舒適。

前房客在退房時沒有留下鑰匙，導致我們寄放行李時沒有辦法鎖門，因為不安心所以不敢走遠，不斷的回民宿查看，第三次時終於看到有清潔人員我才真正離開，但他似乎不知道我沒有拿到鑰匙⋯。等到晚上回到民宿時被鎖在了門外，幸虧房東有即時回覆訊息才解圍。

Convenient Location: The apartment is located very close to Koiwa Train Station. Nearby Parking: We drove here right before returning our rental car, and it was handy having a paid parking lot nearby. Disneyland Return Bus: While getting to the parks was a hassle, we managed to locate the direct bus from Disneyland back to Koiwa Train Station, which was an absolute lifesaver at the end of the day.

Poor Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment fell short of our expectations and could definitely use alot of improvement. Transport Logistics: It is only convenient to get to Disneyland and the airport if you catch the bus from Koiwa Station (definitely check the bus schedule beforehand!). If you use the train for either destination, you will need to make transfers. We followed Google Maps for train directions, but the station names on the app didn't tally with the actual stations, which caused us to change to the wrong train on our way to Disneyland. Tight Space: The photos make the apartment look much bigger than it actually is, and it was a tight squeeze for the 5 of us. The balcony is unnecessarily large—if that space had been converted into the interior rooms, it would have made a massive difference. Unusable Storage: Although there are wardrobes and cabinets, they were full of items, meaning we had absolutely nowhere to hang our clothes.
