Ustay Kitakoiwa

Near the train station and stores. Compact but it has everything you need. Host was very helpful and considerate.

It takes time to go to places in Tokyo using the train. Otherwise it felt like home.

Location- It was very close to my mother’s house and I could visit her every morning.

The bedding was very uncomfortable. I could feel the mattress springs pressing into my back, and I couldn’t sleep at all on the first night. In the end, I slept on the thin comforter and used bath towels from my mother’s house as a blanket. I asked the owner if they had a couple of extra blankets, but I was told they didn’t have any available. Unfortunately, the luck of comfortable bedding made my stay less enjoyable.

I’ve stayed here before and love the closeness to 2 stations, and buses to Disneyland and Disneysea, cooking facilities

Beds are low to the ground and the apartment we were in, beds have had a lot of use, as very creaky and you feel like you are going to break it.

The room has required facilities. Silent neighborhood.

Wi-Fi is a trash! Almost all of the time it doesn’t work at all. To all my requests to the host to fix it somehow, I was just replied, that I need to understand, that the speed might be affected by the number of guests. For me it was especially vital to have a stable internet connection to be able to work, but all the time I had to use my cellphone as a hotspot. Additionally, the room has been cleaned well. It was pretty dusty there. I have dust allergies, so I sneezed during my stay at the room.
