房东人很好！很热心，这几天住下来很开心。 民宿很温馨，与酒店相比可以深入体验当地居民的生活。 是来过多次东京后想放松的不错选择。 下次来东京还会来光顾的！ 交通的话一般在新宿那边换乘去涩谷原宿之类的，算比较方便的，只需要换乘一次。 一之江站一出站就是生活超市、便利店、大创等，很方便。 房东分享了台湾葱花饼，很好吃😭感谢您😭 卫生也很干净，有准备一次性浴巾，牙刷等。 榻榻米很有当地生活的体验！价格也很合适，非常适合家庭出行。

All are great, complete facilities. The property is very clean. The best part is the owner is so nice, although they didnt speak either english or japanese. They're friendly, always smiles and try to speak using body language/translator apps. They even helped us with our laundry! We just put them in a bag and all we knew the laundry is done. I think the price is very reasonable with the facilities given. Heater and air conditioner works well. Toilets and room are spacious too compared to other properties in Japan. The neighbourhood is also great, so quiet at night and so peaceful. It gives us the vibe of locals instead of busy tourists cities like shibuya etc. The beds are sooo comfy and fluffy as well. Well maintained, well cleaned. Also, owners are just downstairs, so if you encounter anything they're there. Can cook also which can save money if you are on budget. I would really recommend this place if i ever come to Tokyo again I would definitely stay here!!

The only weakness it has is just it is quite far from the subway. But I think it's bearable for us. Only for the first day feels tiring then second third time you wont feel the distance anymore.

下町の民家が味わえる、料金が安い、東京なのに畳部屋で寝れる、落ち着いた雰囲気、オーナーさんにフルーツの差し入れがあって優しい方でした（中国人の老夫婦で日本語も英語も分からないのでスマホ翻訳してるけど、とても優しかった）

良くも悪くも人の家なので常にオーナーが下の部屋にいる（ドアはずっと閉めてめったに出ないので目立たないけど）、シャワーに敷いてあるマットは足が痛い、水圧がなさすぎる、玄関は常時開放なのでシャワーするときは不安、食器は汚かった、お布団はうすすぎて地面の硬さが感じた、駅から少し遠いけど料金的に妥当。
