Great location and kind host.
Could be better if we have two sets of bath towels since we stayed there over a week

This property is really 3 minutes away from Shin-Koiwa Station, making it very convenient with convenience stores nearby. It is located and residential area and relatively quiet during night time. Miyuki san is very responsive and helpful whenever I need help. What I really like about this property is the complete amenities it offered (even teeth floss was provided!) and also a mini ironing tool. It is very clean and I felt very comfortable staying here with my family (total of 3 people).
It is located in the 2nd floor without any elevator, not so convenient when you bring multiple and heavy luggage. Although the sofa bed is very comfortable equipped with quilts, but I would really appreciate it if it was covered with bed sheets because I kinda felt itchy sleeping there.
